If you are having issues with water leakage you could be dealing with a serious issue. We can provide an all around inspection of your exterior chimney. You could be dealing with a cracked chimney crown, damaged flashing, or just overall wear and tear on your brick or stucco.
As pictured these are things we look for during an overall inspection on the exterior chimney. You have to make sure you have a chimney cap to avoid any animals, precipitation from entering the flue. Also you want a smooth, sealed chimney crown to avoid water from seeping in and popping any masonry loose such as stucco or mortar joints between brick. We inspect the integrity of the masonry to make sure there are no unaware problems already occurring. We inspect your flashing to make sure it is properly sealed from any water. Lastly we inspect to make sure your chimney height and clearance code meets the requirements
